We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to assist the Marketing Manager in the development of marketing strategies, test plan and implementation for conversion, acquisition and member retention.

Must have Media Buying experience, preferably online media

Will oversee the marketing effort for one or more of our six current brands, including Americangreetings.com, BlueMountain, Egreetings.com, Create and Print, and other brands to come.

Key responsibilities include:

• Online Media Buying
• Web site development and landing page development — work with a team of developers and product managers to create the desired effect
• Copywriting
• Management of partners, including affiliate programs and other potential distribution partners
• Assisting the Marketing Mgr in the supervision of all marketing communications functions including the creation, development, and supervision of associated creative, production and implementation efforts.

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or related business degree
• Online Media Buying experience required, general media buying desired
• Three years of related marketing experience; e-commerce or online marketing experience a plus.
• Web site development/landing page development
• Copywriting in a direct mail environment
• Strong internet skills; strong MS productivity skills.
• Analytical abilities a must.
