2. You have experience managing the buildout of a sales force.
3. You have experience managing a team of marketers promoting a new brand to the masses, including traditional and online marketing.
4. You’ve worked in the internet business before.
5. You don’t wear a suit.

TrueLocal is a local search engine based in Guelph, Ontario, Canada (about 45 minutes west of Toronto). We’re private, profitable, and 36 employees. Day one you’ll be managing a team of seven, but in 2007, our entire growth plan revolves around our marketing department.

You should be prepared for a 2-4 hour interview, in which you’ll meet our entire team and assimilate our business plan.
